We got several beds, and chose JB WEST, and Pella lifestyle, tempered glass windows, with great expanse so we could see the lake in its entirety. Greg Borden supervise the project, at WEST,, and worked with a terrific crew of carpenters to complete the project in much less time than we had expected. "Many of the homes in our neighborhood are about that age when the builder installed roof needs replaced. We had been considering contacting someone about a new roof on our 20-year-old home and I really wanted to consider a higher quality option because I had heard from a neighbor about a 50-year roof. A Home Pro representative stopped by our home and I liked what I heard about their roofing system and set up a meeting. The company representative was friendly and described the GAF system they used in great detail and we were convinced this was the right system for us because it matched the quality and 50-year warranty I was looking for. I was expecting a steep price but I found the complete price in our budget. We were also pleased with the speed and accuracy of the planning as well as being given access to the software they use to create measurements and visualize the home. Given that we set this up to be done in March I was expecting at least a few weeks delay but Home Pro got the work scheduled on the first clear days. We love our house with all of gabling and trimwork and we thought it might be a complicated job, but it was completed by their installation team quickly in two days with no leftover mess or disruptions. We love the resulting look and even the look of the GAF venting system and have received compliments from neighbors. "Key Exteriors is wonderful to work with.  All of the employees that we have met or spoke with over the phone have been great. We knew our home needed all new windows and eventually new doors. We had 30+ year old Pella windows that were drafty and almost all had the crank opening mechanism broken, so if you got them open they would not shut. Some were so bad they were painted shut. Well having children with 2nd story bedrooms with nonfunctional windows also became a fire hazard worry.  To be fair we did get a few quotes from some companies that were at the Allen County Home and Garden Show. Key Exteriors was not the cheapest and was also not the most expensive for similar and comparable windows. One company would not quote us for the windows we wanted (casement) which was the type that is the house from when it was built. We were impressed with Key Exteriors salesman Michael Fox, he was very personable and down to earth, he also was not pushy. He listened to our needs, wants, and my many worries!  He kindly answered all my crazy questions with no problems. He gave us a quote and when we asked if we would see some windows in person he invited us to showroom. We looked the windows over and tested them many times (our kids had fun testing the window cranks and locks and testing the doors). All the staff was very friendly and offered snacks and waters to us and our kids. They were all very knowledgeable when answering our questions.  We decided to go with Key Exteriors for our window purchases. We are doing it in 3 stages to help it be reasonable and affordable for us personally. The 1st stage (2nd story bedrooms) is complete. We were very pleased with the quality of the window and the quality and workmanship of the installation. The gentlemen that installed our windows were Shane and Jack. I told them of my expectations and they said we hope to exceed that. They did just that! They were very friendly and cleaned up any mess from removal and install. They were very tolerant of my kids asking questions and wanting to watch them because as the kids said "it was so cool!" Super nice guys and made sure we were happy and had our questions answered. Mike Fox stopped by the next day to ensure we were happy and all was well. We already have the 2nd stage (bay window and sliding door) ordered and will finish the rest of the main level windows and front door soon after 2nd stage is completed.  We were highly satisfied and thankful we decided to go with Key Exteriors. Local company with very friendly, caring, and knowledgeable people working there. We highly recommend Key Exteriors and are very satisfied with our windows and service we have gotten from them."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"We cannot say enough good things about Atlantic Siding and its owner, Jack
Malcolm. In point of fact we cannot critique one without the other.
  Our
Certainteed siding began show troubling signs of wear just three or four years
after installation. Gaps grew at the seams; slats bowed and warped; on windy
days the cumulative noise of the clattering of loose boards became unnerving;
and eventually slats began to fall from the house. We begrudgingly began the
tedious process of seeking out an honest and reputable company to re-side our
family home.
  For about three weeks, a succession of "salesmen" sat in our
living room discussing measurements, materials, and promises.  Jack Malcolm is
no salesman, but a working owner-supervisor whose word is final. He reports only
to the customer and himself.
  When Jack walked in with his thick Jamaican
accent, we slowly began to grasp that here was a man of honesty, integrity, an
absolute belief in Hardy Siding,  an enthusiastic pride in his own
craftsmanship, and a work-ethic seldom found on the American scene anymore. 
Here was a working wisdom that we grew to  trust implicitly. And we made no
mistake doing so. We struck a deal at a very reasonable price, a price to which
Jack never wavered. Once the price was set, that was it. There were no hidden or
revealed costs.
  JACK IS THE REAL DEAL. He climbs the ladders and works
along those he supervises. He exercises full oversight and follows a harsh
schedule, overseeing every detail of every task with the cautious eye of long
experience. Jack actually cares about the finished product which he calls his
true "signature" and drives his men in a pursuit of QUALITY, not quantity, and
that's a very rare attitude in these days of paying top dollar for minimal
effort. The men that work at Jack Malcolm's side are no apprentices, but veteran
craftsmen each  trained by Jack individually over DECADES and experienced in the
art of dressing a home's exterior.
  Over the two weeks needed to re-side
our 3850 square-foot house, Jack made suggestions and offered his working
experience on so many refining points. His painters  detailed our homes exterior
woodwork and guttering. [ At one point he even installed a storm door over a
side door to the garage. Why? To protect the woodwork and jams from the weather,
a detail ignored by the original builders. I bought a door at Lowes, and one day
Jack, with one of his men, installed it beautifully. ] Vents were covered with
cages once he discovered a bird presence. Torn screens found experienced hands
to repair them. Faux-shutters were painted and re-anchored to our front brick.
  In the end, our home was astonishingly beautiful and renewed, far beyond
that provided by the siding alone. The care and detailing, the work ethic, the
experience and taste, for a most conservative price tag, and with an overall
enthusiasm and old world craftsmanship, make my wife and I want to proclaim our
complete admiration for the Atlantic Siding Company. Well done and thank you so
much.
