Our foreman Clem, and his team (Luis, Noah, Ran, and Rokk) literally went above and way beyond our expectations to explain next steps, listen to us, problem-solve, and execute a solution to every concern we raised. Clem was a constant and reassuring presence on-site, informing us continually throughout the process to ensure our level of confidence and understanding. As he put it, "I am here to take care of you." He meant that, and he certainly did. We can enthusiastically state that working with, and completing our foundation project with Groundworks was a GREAT experience!"

"A sales person from Jerry's Basement came over to look at the water issues in our unfinished basement. What we discovered through his very honest and knowledgeable assessment was that the water we were experiencing on our floor was a result of a clogged floor drain. When our water softener runs (programmed to run at night), it would spill over on to the concrete floor since the floor drain is clogged. He showed us by having the water softener run while we were there. The floor drain immediately filled up with water. We were so grateful for his honesty because we had two other companies come out before Jerry's Basement, giving us very high bids for sump pumps and labor ranging between $9,000 and $17,000!
