"Excellent! From the initial inspection to the completion of the process Newman Restoration was very professional, prompt, considerate and always available to answer questions. The raccoon had entered our attic by pulling down a section of soffit in the front of our house. Additionally, the raccoon had damage the soffit at the rear of the house so we had two soffit areas that needed repair. All of the insulation in the attic had to be removed and replaced along with cleaning and sanitizing the attic. The whole process went without a hitch and was completed in a timely manner."

Plunkett's was very responsive from the start. Person came out within a business day or two of my first contact, she very thoroughly inspected the exterior of my house and plugged all the possible mouse-entry homes. This included happily fighting through very painful and thorn-ridden landscaping to make sure she wouldn't miss even an inch of stucco when checking for holes. On the interior, I already had several traps placed in my basement, so the person suggested I skip the full interior service (where they set and check traps) and instead just made recommendations of how I could better place the traps. She also noticed one successful capture and removed it for me. Very hard working and thorough, would call again but hopefully that's not necessary..."
