Once we agreed on a price, he and his team were out at the house and repaired the porch in a timely manner, making it look brand new in the process. Would work with them again, without hesitation."

"This is my second time hiring John to do renovations in my home. I had such a great initial experience that I had John remodel my bathroom. As was before, John is a pleasure to work with, great at communicating about timeline and his availability, and does great quality work. John removed and installed a new toilet, vanity, lighting, and retrofitted the existing pipes. He also repaired drywall as needed, re-mounted the toilet on a newly installed floor, and installed new baseboards and quarter round. His attention to detail really shows in his work. I couldn’t have asked for a better finished product. I’ll be reaching out to John for any future renovations."

"After five years of dealing with three leaking dormers, we by chance met Crossover’s Project Manager. This was an answer to prayers. He provided an estimate and then setup for Crossover’s highly trained and experienced Leaks and Repairs Supervisor, Chris Spurlock, to call us. Chris quickly called to set up a time to drop by our home to analyze the dormers. He carefully inspected the dormers and then explained why the dormers were leaking. Our dormers originally were covered with Masonite and later vinyl siding was added over the Masonite. Chris knew what was needed to permanently stop the leaks! He was friendly and provided feedback and updates on the repair work each day. His experience and knowledge of detecting leaks is superior. His professionalism is above approach. "The entire trim had to be removed and replaced.  While this sounds simple the workers had to install a roof jack type scaffold due to the angle of the roof.   The trim was removed, replaced, sealed and painted.  The workers were very thorough and cleaned up as if they were never there.

"A faulty installed gutter system by home's original builder 15 years ago finally took its toll on the front wall of my townhouse.  Mold was found in the studs and installation.  The fascia underneath the gutter was completed rotted out.  All this damage was determined first by Tony and his senior contractor Gregg.  They advised what needed to be done.  Tony provided a thorough estimate and statement of work.  The work began about 3 weeks after that.  It took Gregg and his helper about 5 1/2 days to complete the job.  They kept a lockbox on my door so they could get into my house while I was at work each day.  I will definitely use Structures by Design if I have any future home projects.

"It took about 5 months to come and begin project. I was asked for $1,000 in the beginning to purchase materials. 95% of the job has been completed since May 16 when I was asked to pay the job in full. The existing fence was to be shored up and the remaining driveway fence has yet to be stained. I have left two messages one on June 13th and another on June 18th with no response at all. AlsoCome on Randall Mabe, or is it Darrell Purtle, I really didn't want to have to do this review. I will update this review upon completion."
