I had four different companies come out, and one I cancelled after reading their reviews, they were in the low 3s. I chose Premier Home Pros to do the work, I read their reviews and they were good. This is a new company to Michigan but most of the reviews I read were from Ohio. I got lucky enough to have Eric install the shower for me and I couldn’t be happier. Eric showed up on time and never stopped working. Eric worked on my home like it was his own home. He communicated with me what was going on and very neat. I am getting new flooring and told Eric that he didn’t have to put anything down because the carpet is going anyway, but he still did. I sure hope that Premier Home Pros realize how valuable Eric is to the company and how lucky they are to have him. Eric should train all the new employees, not only on the process, but on work"

"It went very well; Junior and Efrim were very focused, professional and pleasant to work with. Junior kept in touch once the start date arrived, and he showed up ON TIME for every scheduled work day and let me know when to expect him back. He keeps his appointments. The work was excellent. Replacing the stair treads was not a difficult task, but had it's challenges. He was very knowledgable and excellent at choosing appropriate materials. I'm certain his work will last a while."
