"I was reluctant to get my ducts cleaned (and my units serviced) because I had seen "exposes" of some services like Kleen-Aire that did a poor job. But from the moment the 3 Kleen-Aire arrived with their two trucks and much equipment, I felt sure I was dealing with top professionals. They did the job in exactly the time they said, and they did a magnificent job. This was a very old house that had never had its ducts cleaned, and they removed a massive amount of dust, dirt and debris from them, and also did an expert job dissembling and reassembling the units. The air blowing from the ducts is noticeably MUCH cleaner, and it no longer causes me to cough or sneeze! I highly recommend Kleen-Aire to everyone, and if you have considered having this service performed at your home or work, I strongly encourage you to do so, especially if you live or work in a very old building as I do!"

"Absolutely do NOT use this company. Horrendous customer service, they will gaslight you about their equipment not working. My heat pump has not worked one single day since moving into my house, even though the unit was less than a year old, tried telling me that it was my house and not the unit. But then found a leak and I lost all the freon.. 4 of them, in 4 years. It would immediately leak out again and when I would call to tell them that it still wasn't heating or cooling, they would tell me that they fixed it so it must be my imagination. NOW that it's out of warranty they're telling me that there is $3000 worth of work to be done, and if I had just done something about it sooner it would have been covered."

My husband had watched a YouTube video recently on the proper way to have duct work cleaned. It just so happened, the men also followed the same procedure. "A to Z came in and ran gas lines for my gas range (convert from electric). Very happy with scheduling, time the project took, and professionalism of plumber! A to Z also converted our wood burning fireplace into an infrared electric fireplace and custom built trim to hold the new fireplace in the opening. My husband and I are elderly and the wood fireplace was of no use to us due to the physical aspects of carrying wood and cleaning ash. The electric fireplace is the perfect solution to add warmth while keeping the utility bills low! We have had several home items addressed (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, handyman tasks) by this company and would highly recommend them for all your home needs!"

"everything was removed from the house, all walls and ceiling were primed and painted. A few (but obvious) flaws in the painting. I believed that all boxes were to be unpacked - the house restored completely to the previous condition, this was not done. The BIG issue was that numerous items were not returned - several small ones of little value, but one important one (which David did replace) and a couple of irreplaceable ones. Nice to work with, but overall I was not pleased with the end result"
