"All out patio did a great job! From the design process, to getting me the plans to submit to my HOA to the install, all their work was very professional and my pergola turned out great! I'm really enjoying my yard more since I can sit outside and not get roasted by the sun anymore. Thank you!"

"We just completed installing a motorized retractable awning from [*** Link removed ***] and are super pleased with the quality of the build, appearance and customer support.? This Italian-designed, engineered and manufactured awning is assembled and shipped from RetractableAwnings.com Florida plant, so if you need assistance with the install, you should contact a local handyman, carpenter or contractor.? Ours is a Palermo Plus, 16 ft. wide, with an 11 ft.-10 in. projection.? The Internet salesperson, Eric Scop, V.P., really worked with us to understand all the options and get fabric swatches.? We ultimately selected a combination Rain/Sun sensor and Vibration sensor to automatically retract the awning in case of heavy rain or excessive wind.? I spoke with Rocky, their installation expert, for advice on preparing the ledger board to attach the awning to our vinyl sided home, right below the soffit.? His advice was instrumental in making the install go so well.? Further, the awning arrived already programmed to the Soliris transmitter and the motor limit switches were also set.? It shipped in a fiberboard box (this one was about 17 ft long and 1 ft x 1 ft square, weighing over 200 lbs.), which was extremely tough.? The truck driver ignored the box orientation stickers and used a hand truck to move it from the center, rather than two hand trucks, one at each end, per the clear placarding on the box.? Despite this, it arrived in great shape, other than a couple minor paint scratches, which we will fix with touchup paint they are sending at no charge.? While the enclosed wall brackets were different from those described in the installation manual (an improved design), installing them was no problem. An extra bracket was included, which we also installed as this will be a large ?sail? on the side of the house and we want it to stay there. We extend our sincere thanks to the team at RetractableAwnings.com, and for those review sites that accept photographs, we include the following photo."

"Significant problems were encountered in my project when it was discovered - after the demolition - that an accelerant had been added to the concrete by the builder during construction. Accelerant produces super hard concrete which will not accept acid stains. This problem could not have been anticipated ahead of time and it forced Floor Seasons and I to fundamentally redesign my project "on the fly". This isn't a situation that either Floor Seasons or I would have wished on ourselves, particularly since the demolition had already been conducted! However, John and Brandon determinedly stuck by me, by their commitments, and their own standards for customer satisfaction. I felt as though we were "in it together" throughout; we experimented with products, colors and processes until I was completely satisfied with the outcome. Their communication with me was outstanding at every stage. My result is totally different than the stained concrete flooring project I had in mind at the onset - and I was stressed by the necessity of adjusting my ideas to what was doable - but I am nonetheless satisfied with the result. I am very appreciative of the manner in which Floor Seasons stepped up and the manner in which my team conducted themselves. <br />"

"After getting several bid and knowing Plumbline bid was not the lowest, I called Tyler Gunter to get an installation time and date. The installation was quoted to take 2 days. <br /> The job was started on 06/20/13 by taking out the old heating and cooling system. Installation was stopped because all the parts were not here.I called and was told they were doing another installation, but would get back with me.The heating and cooling system was installed by July 1st, but the heating system was not working because the jets needed to be ordered.( I did receive a call from from Plumbline in July to make sure that in the July heat my air conditioning was working) .Installers came back to install the jets. Jets could not be installed because they were the wrong jets. Jets reordered. Installers made another trip back to install the new jets some time in September and I informed the technician the motor was making a noise that sounded like a jack-hammer at times. The technician determined the motor was not performing as it should and that I would receive a call telling me what Plumbline would be doing about the motor. After not receiving a call, and approximately 7 days later I call Plumbline and spoke to Tyler about the motor and he agreed to replace the motor. The motor was replaced today October 21,2013. It took four months to complete this job. I have been assured by Tyler that should I need service it would be prompt. Through all this everyone at Plumbline has been very professional.. <br />"

We manufacture Advanced Energy Panels (AEPs). AEPs are a retrofit for historic windows or any window people can't afford or don’t wish to replace. AEPs are interior window insulating panels and can be installed in any building –office, home or industrial. AEPs have a higher insulation and air sealing rating and provide greater comfort than most replacement windows, yet they are a fraction of the cost. AEPs are custom made to fit over existing openings, protecting, preserving and improving your existing windows.

FAQs for sunroom or patio enclosure building service projects in Elko, NV

A sunroom is a fully enclosed space with walls of windows or glass. It allows you to enjoy the outdoors from the comfort of the indoors, protected from bugs and weather. It functions as an additional room in your home. A covered patio extends your home's roof over an outdoor area, providing shade and shelter while remaining open to the fresh air. It's a great way to enjoy outdoor living while being protected from sun and rain.

Adding screens to your porch is the most budget-friendly way to enclose it. Screening keeps out insects and debris while letting you enjoy the breeze and outdoor ambiance. It's less expensive than installing full walls or glass enclosures and doesn't usually require permits, making it an efficient way to upgrade your porch.

If you're transforming your porch into a fully enclosed living space like a sunroom, you'll likely need a sturdy foundation, such as a reinforced concrete slab, to support the structure. For a simple screened-in porch, you might be able to use the existing floor and support posts without additional foundation work. It's best to consult a professional to determine what's needed for your project.

An enclosed porch can be considered a living space if it's fully enclosed with solid walls and windows, has a proper roof, and includes heating and cooling systems. It should also have direct access from inside your home. When these criteria are met, the space becomes an extension of your home's livable area.
