Alfredo of Bravos Advanced Flatwork was extremely responsive and communicative- he responded to my bid request within an hour, worked with me that day on some unique design specifications, including a late change I needed to make to the size later in the day AND he completed the job the very next morning. Alfredo was a good communicator and very punctual, even letting me know when he had a very minor arrival delay. Most importantly, Alfredo's work was excellent quality. "The seal Waterworks put between my driveway and my garage floor makes the driveway appear much more finished. I didn't know how unfinished it looked before I hired Waterworks. It looks much better now. My only concern is that the "filler" material is still soft 3 days later. I need to call the company to find out if that is a problem or no. They were also fast. The job was completed in about an hour."

"We started in the spring. Greg came out to assess my falling apart garage. He tore down the old garage and replaced it. As it is an attached garage, it was quite a process. Everything went very well. There were some delays due to weather, but that is understandable. "They poured a poly....something coating over our concrete basement floor. The concrete was old and uneven so we didn't expect or receive a perfectly smooth finish. They did do some grinding where they were able. Very personable, able to come in a quick time frame. Good pricing. Not the greatest attention to detail - the coating didn't into all the corners, there were some bubbles and rings left, and some splashes up onto walls. But overall we were satisfied and have enjoyed the finished floor."

"Excellent design work by Marlin. He drew up a plan that incorporated the style of the house and yard terrain. He assisted in materials selection and guided us through the entire process. Weather conditions delayed the project somewhat but that is to be expected."

"Due to a family emergency, my husband and I decided to sell our house this year. We asked Justin to come over and walk through the house with us and give his opinion on things that should be done before putting it up for sale. He gave us a reasonable quote, and let us decide what we wanted him to do, and what we thought we could tackle ourselves. He knew our goal, and wanted to make sure we got what we wanted and were satisfied. Justin and his crew painted the main living areas of the inside of the house (walls and ceiling), remodeled the main floor bathroom, fixed and repainted some siding around the house, and poured a cement apron and re-sealed the driveway. He was always in contact with us on the progress of the projects (as we had already moved out). If we had questions or concerns, he would respond quickly.
