"Quote process was on time, Sean was very professional and on time. Install of system was fast. Things changed from quote that I was not advised of though and I felt I should have been advised. For example, I was quoted 8 zones, and 28 sprinkler heads. I got 5 zones and 19 sprinkler heads when all said and done. I bought my own smart sprinkler controller and a separate zone for an upper garden(which we did not do) was quoted. Sean said he would credit me for the controller, and the separate garden zone off the original quote, however, when the bill came the day following installation these items were still included with the balance due, of $3823. I called to dispute the charges and Sean apologized for the oversight on the billing, and corrected that right away. I mentioned the zones and head issue and Sean said that quoting was not highly precise. He said he included an inline sediment filter (not included with original quote) that offset the zones and head issue. I had a couple of problems after installation that NW responded and took care of right away. So from a service perspective they were very good. But I was not happy with quoting process or the final billing because I felt the inline filter did not offset the reduction in zones and sprinkler heads. So overall, I give the process in general 3 stars. 5 for service, and 1 for quoting and billing."

Warner's also provides my total lawn care, fertilizing and spraying throughout the year. Warner's is responsive, it's technicians are prompt and courteous, explaining their purpose and actions. I have had a few billing disputes through the years but have been able to resolve all to my satisfaction. "They seem to be very busy, so I didn't get an immediate call back from my message, but when I got a hold of them the next day they were very helpful in finding time to schedule someone to look at my irrigation system. I wasn't sure if the new sod could be watered with the existing system or if I would need to add on. They have repairmen who do the work, but only the owners provide quotes, so she scheduled a repairman to come out on a Thursday morning and the owner on Saturday if the repairman couldn't get it to work for my lawn. They did not show up during the three hour window. When I called in, I found that they were confused by the two dates in their system and cancelled the Thursday service. She apologized and had someone come out later that day. The repairman was excellent and was able to adjust the irrigation system to cover the new sod."

"After obtaining 3 bids on my sprinkler system project, I selected Dale Hurt of Hurt Irrigation , Inc. Dale's bid was in the middle and I selected him for the impression he gave of being knowledgeable about his craft and a person of his word. He was prompt to start work and finished the project as promised. After paying him in full I discovered that a few of the sprinkler heads needed adjusting for height. In both instances Dale came out the next day to adjust.  I believe that the true test of a contractors integrity, is the timeliness in which service calls are made even after being paid in full. Dale passed the test with flying colors. I would be happy to refer Dale and his company to any friends or family. Phillip S."

"I had a big leak in my lawn sprinkler system. So I called Northway and the guy came in at the expected time. He did an excellent job fixing the leak, and he also identified and fixed two other leaks in the sprinkler systems. Furthermore, he changed a few sprinkler heads according to my request. The whole job was done in 1 hour and 15 minutes. I am very satisfied with their job and will definitely hire them again."

"I got 4 estimates and liked MN Irrigation the best. Their proposal wasn't the lowest, bit it made the most sense. Steve told me that the long, bad winter delayed start ups on existing systems and had pushed new work back. He ultimately was able to meet the deadline I had for getting the system installed. He occasionally was slow to respond, but he always did respond. The plumber was good. The installation staff were professional and repeatedly answered any questions. They explained how to run the system. When a couple of spray heads needed adjusting, Steve came out the same day and made every adjustment I asked for. I would use them again and plan to have them do the Fall blow out and system shut down."
