He came to my home exactly when he said he was going to be and he worked in a very focused manner. "Very well. Patrick offered a very reasonable price for the work and a few change orders. He is an excellent communicator and stayed in touch during the project. Project took a little longer due to unforeseen circumstances on both our parts, but we were completely satisfied with his work. Patrick is professional and really takes his time to ensure that the finished product looks impeccable. He took extra time to provide a few options on lumber, stain and finish types, approach for the work, addressed existing house imperfections and adjusted measurements while keeping us in the loop for any approvals.
