"Excellent service, quick response, professional in every aspect. Have enjoyed these beautiful floors for over 18 yrs, and they are still just as shiny as new! Easy to keep with damp mopping."

"Paul is a pleasure to work with. He refinished and repaired hardwood floors in 4 units in my multi-family property. He explained everything I needed to know to make informed decisions and answered all of my questions. Paul did what he said he was going to do. He showed up on time, cleaned up after himself, and did good quality work. I will only be using Paul in the future for similar flooring needs."

"When I decided that I wanted to add trim/wood work to my town home, I looked to Home Advisor for ideas of where to start. Here I found ALs Home Improvement. I was impressed with the many positive reviews and the photographs of their work. When I contacted Mike he called me promptly and came by my home the next day to provide design advice and a quote for the cost of the work. I was impressed before the work began! Mike and Eddie were professional, knowledgeable and gave me excellent advice. Keeping in constant contact regarding their availability to begin working on my home, they arrived on-time each day and always left the work space clean. I love what I do for a living/ All Glory is to God

"When we bought our house, we immediately wanted to do a full remodel to change pretty much everything. Something that I didn't like at all was the wood floor it had. They looked like they had not been touched in years , all scratched and worn. My husband and I started to look for a professional company to do the job. We came across Martinez Wood Floors because they were working on the neighborhood, so we asked them for a card, did some research online, and gave them a call. Professionals from head to toe, they arrived the day of the estimate. They told us that the floor we had was very good quality and that they could restore its beauty with a process, so we didn't have to change the entire floor. Save a lot of money there. To be honest, I was not convinced at the beginning because I wanted another color, but I agreed. The process was incredible fast and clean. Took about a week to have them done. I do not not anything about the middle, but floors came out fruitful. I never thought they could look like that. Amazing, I just love them so much now. We are in love with our wood floors, and thanks to this company we saved money and have the floor of our dreams. Forever grateful, happy customers."

"Initial call was returned promptly, proposal process went well, technician arrived on time. He did a great job of explaining the process and provided a final written quote for me to sign. The technician did a thorough job of protecting our furniture, walls, flooring and other surfaces that may be impacted by his task. He utilized protective " botties" over his footwear each time he traveled into our home from the outside. He made sure we were satisfied with his work before he left. Great job overall we are more than satisfied with the work that was completed."
