"Daryl and his crew were very respectful and always let us know when they would be coming to our home to work. The estimate and contract we signed was right in line with what we expected the project to cost. During the demolition phase, we decided that we wanted to replace the subfloor after the old wood floor was pulled up, and Daryl and his crew performed the arduous process without an issue. After the demolition phase, the plumbing and electrical work was roughed in quickly to allow the Sheetrock work on the ceiling and walls to move ahead on time. The wood floor and custom cabinets were set ahead of schedule, including all of the cabinet crown molding and custom islands. The granite countertops were set a week after they were measured and the backsplash was tiled soon after that, with care being taken to lay out the unique accent tiles above the range to look better than we expected. Time was taken at the end of the day to make sure we had a safe place for our animals and kids to come home to even though the first floor was a construction zone. For the entire project, Daryl used the best quality materials and building techniques to ensure that we would end up with the best finished product."

"We got bids from 4 different companies and Homecraft was not the cheapest or the cheapest and during the home visit really explained the difference in the types of windows. Like everything else these days it did take awhile for the windows to get here but they kept me informed of the time line. When the original install date had to cancel due to illness they quickly rescheduled for a couple of days later and had 5 man crew that completed the job in just 5 hours. Very professional crew did the install including moving furniture and cleaning up after themselves. I highly recommend Homecraft for window replacement!"

"Joe Oakes was great from start to finish - he came out and did an estimate for us, explained what type of materials they would use, etc. He then sent us photos of what it would look like. My husband and I went back and forth on color options of the deck materials several times and Joe was very patient with us and helped by giving his opinion. The day of the installation was a breeze - Joe and his team showed up first thing in the morning and finished the entire deck by end of day! They also acquired the permit and submitted the permit application on their own - which we found to be a huge plus and a very rare service, not provided by any other deck installer's that we received quotes from. The guys from EZ-Screen brought samples to our home to help us select frame color and installation method. They took careful measurements of all of the window and door openings and put our order in motion. A few weeks later our windows and door were delivered. <br /> <br /> We did this work at the same time we had some exterior siding work done by another contractor. We arranged to have that contractor do the actual installation of the EZ-Screen product. "I phoned Walsh Home Improvements initially to get in contact with a structural engineer.  They recommended an excellent engineer who inspected the building and wrote a letter outlining necessary repairs.  Ken Walsh met with the engineer and then sent us a competitive price.  Ken was prompt and professional.  He was also available to meet with us over a holiday weekend.  He ordered the materials and did the work in a timely manner.  We will likely use his company in the future for other repairs/renovations. <br />"

"Our home was damaged by the big hail storm that hit in May of 2014.  We had damage to our roof, siding, gutters, downspouts, and garage door.  Unsure if our homeowner's insurance would cover the repair costs, we consulted with Kris Konstruction, who was already working to repair hail damage on our neighbor's house.  Kris Randlett, the owner,  met with my husband and I in our home to explain the entire process.  His team came out and assessed the damage to our home before our insurance company was even contacted.  Once they confirmed that there was damage, we made arrangements for our insurance inspector to meet with Kris and his team to assess the damage, and prepare a plan to replace the roof, siding, gutters, downspouts, and garage door.  <br /> Kris Konstruction confirmed that our repairs would be covered by our insurance company, and we were able to pick out new siding, and roofing materials, along with a new garage door.  Kris Konstruction began the work to repair our damage, and everything from the roof to the siding was complete within a week of their start date.  The team was very professional, polite, and cleaned up the work area.  The entire process went very smoothly, and Kris Konstruction contacted our insurance company directly to schedule inspections, to file all estimates, and completion certificates.  <br /> We are extremely pleased with the work that Kris Konstruction did to replace our roofing, siding, gutters, and downspouts.  As our garage door was also damaged, Kris Konstruction made arrangements to have it replaced, and installed quickly and efficiently as well.  I highly recommend Kris Konstruction for any work that needs to be done on your home.  In the future we will be contacting them again to renovate our kitchen. <br /> Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.  <br /> <br /> <br />"
