"<p>Was advised that someone would be at the house between 10 AM and 1 PM on 4/14/14, or they would let me know if there was any delay. I called and left a message at 1:30 when nobody had showed up or called. Around 2:30, someone called to say that he was late because he was at someone else's house that had no water, and he had no cell service to be able to call. I understand that this sort of thing can happen with this type of business, because in many cases the technicians don't know what they'll run into until they actually get there. I also understand that there are many local areas that have no cell service. <br /> <br /> When he did show up, he looked at the setup of the pressure tank and plumbing, and told the people at the house that he would work up an estimate and get in touch with me. It's been a week, and I haven't heard a thing. I'm willing to give the business a chance because of all the positive reviews on Angie's list, but at this point I'm not really sure if they actually want my business.<br /> <br /> I'm hoping that they contact me to resolve this situation. I called and left a message again this morning, before typing this review. I will file another update if anything happens.</p> <p>Update: Contractor installed new hot water heater, new pressure tank, new outside faucet, new bathroom faucet, and all new piping around pressure tank. Nice, clean work done on the installation of the new pressure tank and piping. There was a miscommunication on the contractor's end, where we were told that a larger pressure tank would be installed, but the actual replacement was the same size as what we originally had. New water heater did not work properly, but the contractor came back the next day to fix the problem. Still waiting on a shower head height extension pipe that the contractor says was ordered from Ferguson supply about 3 weeks ago, and should have been in long before now. Hopefully, that part will come in soon, and we will be able to call this job complete.<br /> <br /> </p>"

"He was reliable, polite, on time and a pleasure to have in my home. I had received the offer for 6 hours of work via email from angie's list. So I called him and he came to look at the job. After that we scheduled the date to perform the work in which he was on time and ready to go. He made sure throughout the entire day that I was happy with his work as he progressed. He often asked my opinion on certain things to make sure that I would be happy with the final product. the trim he installed was beautifully done and the holes he patched in the ceiling used to be such an eye sore. I will definitely be calling him for future work and will happily recommend him to others."

"Chris showed up for our estimate on time. He was very knowledgeable and spent allot of time going over my crawl space and giving me his thoughts on what we needed. He came back the next day with his boss Greg to make sure I didn't have any structural issues that needed addressed. We decided to hire them and 3 weeks later the crew arrived. They were punctual and hard working. There were a total of about 7 guys that came out to work on our project it took a week one day was affected by bad weather. It's only been a day but so far I couldn't be happier. I love knowing that I have a dry crawl space and my family is living in a healthier home. I would hire them again in a minute. I really professional company that has a life time warranty that they stand behind."

"<p>The provider had to grind the old plaster from the ceiling.    He reinstalled the trim,  which has been removed and stripped, around three doors as well as trim on the risers of the stairs.  He then painted the walls, ceilings, and all the trim in the two story foyer.  It looks wonderful and was well worth the costs.  </p> <p><br /></p> <p>I would and do plan to have this provider do other projects in my home.</p>"

"Jon is one of the most dependable contractors I have used since coming to Charlottesville 5 years ago. He removed an old deck off the back of my house and added on a new pressure treated deck. I always knew when he would be there and he was meticulous about his work. Because of how well that went, he was the only one I called when I needed a bathroom remodeled. He did the tile floor and installed a new vanity, light fixtures, etc. He definitely gets my recommendation!"
