"It was an LED light which was hanging out of a high quality below cabinet range hood. A new light had been supplied by the Cosmo company under warranty. Greg was able to replace the light without dismantling the range hood. It only took him 10 minutes. Greg is very friendly, respectful and polite As well as professional. We would definitely use him for any future odd job or appliance repair needs."

"As always with Matthew, a positive experience that exceeded our expectations. We had scheduled our appointment some weeks in advance and Matthew contacted me a week or so ahead of the date and again the day before to confirm and give me an arrival time. He also offered to pick up the new door on his way to install, thereby saving us a $79 delivery charge. He arrived very promptly, actually a few minutes ahead of the scheduled time and immediately began. Since this was an exterior door, Matthew hung a drop cloth over the opening to minimize dust, flies and heat coming into the house. He also protected the tile floor with a mat over the work area. He asked if my dogs were secure before taking down the door, something I greatly appreciated. He also asked if I would mind him playing his radio in the garage while he worked. As always, very polite and considerate. He installed the door, trim and hardware and did a beautiful job of painting. He re-used the lockset we had recently purchased for our old door and re-keyed the new deadbolt so that we could use the same key for both locks. Then he showed me how to re-key should we need to do that at some point in the future. Clean up was meticulous. Matthew swept the work area, including the baseboards where some dust had drifted, as well as garage space surrounding the door. I wish that all service providers offered the same work ethic, professionalism and expertise that Matthew does. He is truly outstanding."

"Pete and his friendly crew laid down hardwood flooring in 3 rooms and a hallway.  They also installed the trim moulding.  They showed up on time at 8:00, even a bit early, and worked  without stopping until about 3:00.  They were quick, clean and polite.  Pete was very careful to do the job right, my floor looks great.  While they do install the trim, they do not caulk it or paint it-which I knew going into it.  I would hire him again to do other flooring work- he also lays tile."

"The vehical was picked and delivered within the a scheduled time, and the delivery driver was very professional. He even provided disinfectant wipes to clean the steering wheel, shifter, doors and center console. If I need another car transported I would definitely hire UFA again."

"We had a large, tiled half brick/half window walled sunroom we wanted to transform into a comfortable, safe playroom for our son. We also wanted to add an exterior door to the space which required him to remove a window, cut through a brick wall, frame the new doorway, create a threshold and install the new door and hardware. He framed, insulated, drywalled and trimmed out the interior brick walls, making them safe to play around. It looks like a completely different room, and it's quickly become or favorite in the house to spend time in. We LOVE the work that was done, and wouldn't hesitate to hire Eric again."

"The repair crew showed up two days after I first contacted Parker's Workshop and went to work at 9:30 a.m. By 1:30 p.m., the work was completed, including a trip to a lumber supplier to buy siding and trim board. (I supplied the paint which was left over from the last exterior paint job, so everything matched perfectly). The crew cleaned up completely and when it was done everything looked like new. The price seemed a little steep, but the soffit it is on the second floor and required some ladder work, which is something I was not prepared to do on my own. It was worth it to have the job done properly, including replacement of the damaged siding and trim board (which I had not been aware of when I made the initial call). The crew was obviously very professional and knew what they were doing."

"Overall, we could not have asked for a better job to have been done. Shain and crew (2 other guys) did a phenomenal job. The back porch looks amazing. <br /> The floor of the porch was original wood to the house (1930s era) and had rotted. They replaced the wood and built out new walls and installed new screens. The attic ladder is original to the house, so they decided to try and salvage the ladder if they could, rather than replace it; suffice to say, they saved the ladder and ensured that it's firmly back in its tracks and more sturdy than before. They salvaged wood from the porch to do some repairs to flooring in the house. <br /> Each day they arrived on time - as a matter of fact, they called each day when they were en route. If they left during the course of the day, they always let us know when they'd be back. <br /> It's clear that they're a talented, hardworking group of guys. I'll definitely be calling them in the future for other odd jobs that need to be done, and I've recommended them to friends already. <br /> Do note, however, that even though the website states they accept credit cards, they in fact do not - cash or check only (which wasn't a problem for us, but could be for others needing/planning to pay by credit). <br /> Overall, we're very happy with the level of craftmanship and how quickly they got everything done. They gave us an estimate on a Friday, started work Monday morning, finished Wednesday afternoon. And they came in spot on on their estimate. <br /> <br />"
