"Mr. Hamilton is a wonderful person.  Honest and extremely dedicated to his craft. <br /> He gave me a very honest estimate.  <br /> He came and got right to work! <br /> We did have to reschedule  some hours because of rain delays but he was always in communication. <br /> He did an excellent job and the beds look beautiful. <br /> I will hire him again and have already begun to plan some more projects for him to complete. <br /> Mr. Hamilton cleaned up after himself and hauled away all of the trimmings. <br /> Could not have imagined a better experience. <br /> Thank you Mr. Hamilton and ANGIE'S LIST! <br /> <br /> <br />"

"It's fine, he has only done one treatment, it's not time for another treatment. I'm not due for another month or two. He sprayed for whatever fungus was in the ground at this time. He bases it on what's growing, or what the problem is, and what time of the year it is. I don't know exactly what he did. It was $89, so it's reasonable. I signed up for it and all of a sudden he shows up. He doesn't answer his phone calls, that was something that I did not like. He showed up ready to spray, and I said wait a minute, I didn't know you were coming. That kind of stuff irritates me. It was a half price deal, which means if I buy it, it's going to be more. He tried pushing for mosquito spraying for the yard. We do have mosquito's here, but I did not want that because, it kills else. All of the stuff that I don't want to kill. I didn't like that part. It was just one treat, and I just had a brand new lawn put in. I have a problem out there, and I don't know how to stop it. I need to stop my dog from peeing all over. He's not real consistent."

"We hired them because they proposed a creative but sensible plan to update our 30 + year old residence at a competitive price.  They have now completed the project and their execution of the plan showed professionalism and competence. <br /> They were easy to work with, worked hard, creative, punctual, easy to reach and came when asked.  Most importantly they produced a great final result on time and without the costly add-on's that so many contractors try to work into the job. <br /> I judge them as honest, hardworking and professional. <br />"

"Driveway was replaced and looks great!. Excellent job from start to finish. The whole process took one day. Out of six quotes they were second from being the cheapest. Their quote was very professional and they offer a warranty. I couldn’t be more happy with their service."

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Ellendale, TN

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
