"Art was very responsive to my phone calls regarding a broken refrigerator freezer and offered helpful suggestions for me to self-diagnose and fix the problem myself. Unfortunately, those self-help efforts failed and required a service call. He was on-time and diagnosed the problem as two broken fans. I placed a deposit for the repair and he ordered the parts. It took about 4 days for him to return for the repair. This was longer than what I had expected and freezer items continued to thaw. He retuned and completed the repairs which included repairing a clogged drain line as well as replacing the fans. Total cost of repairs was $335. However, 3 weeks later the the refrigerator started making noise again and completely broke - this time with no cooling in either the refrigerator or freezer section. I decided to replace the unit rather than attempt another repair."

They worked us in, same day, and the parts came in early, so he called on a Sunday and wanted to know if he could come and finish the job on a Monday, which was a holiday. He didn't overcharge either for the parts or service and was quick with the repair turn around!"

"Maintenance contract service came out three months ago with pan filled with slime and sludge, never cleaned it out. Three months later our air conditioner shuts down they come after three days of no air conditioning. Tech did a great job and I question why the three months ago contract the tech didn’t clear it out. He said call the office which I did and I spoke to Aly, she couldn’t be be any rouder and in my face telling me about a warranty and this is not a warranty issue. It’s a maintenance issue. I explained it to her three months inch of sludge does not happen from air conditioning, it takes over a year it may happen. She was rude, obnoxious and in my face!!!"

When we thought we were washing in cold water it was hot, all the rinses that are normally done in cold water were HOT!! "This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."
