We had a few issues, but overall the finished job is beautiful and I'm glad we did it. Issues: The stone samples provided were not sealed, so it was impossible for me to know what the final color would be. Be prepared for either a surprise, or ask Ira for addresses where the product is installed and sealed. I'm glad I did. We had a very specific schedule to work by. My husband needed to be here on the day of grading so he could deal with a drain pipe that had to be moved, and we made this point clear when we were scheduling it. My husband took the day off to be home, but the guys only showed up that day to start work at 3-4PM and only got as far as clearing. The grading did not get done on that day. The first good rainstorm after the installation revealed that just a 'v' like indentation was made to divert the water. It starts from the screened-in area back door and runs to an edge. I fear that we might end up with water inside the house with an extended rainstorm or hurricane. As I stated earlier, the patio is beautiful. The biggest issue I have is the grading."
