I was also given incorrect payment instructions, which added unnecessary confusion. After the visit, I noticed bugs in my home that I had never seen before, despite having bi-weekly pest control. While I can?t confirm the source, the timing is concerning. Bridget, the owner, has been pleasant to interact with, but the quality of the service I received does not reflect that. Based on this experience, I can't say I use this service again."
