After the installation the field manager acknowledging the wave and gaps in the wall, he told me that while it didn't meet my expectations, it met their "standard of error." Let that sink in: Mad City Bath?s official policy is that crooked and wavy is good enough. If you value your money, or want a shower that is actually square and plumb, stay far away from this company. They perform subpar work, hide behind automated phone lines when things go wrong, and will abandon you the moment they have your money. Hire a reputable contractor instead."

They delivered on their promise by educating us on the types of roofing materials available. Ron replaced several rafters that were damaged by mold and used wood that was in the shed to replace other rafters at no additional charge. The original quote was for replacement of damaged plywood sheeting after replacing the damaged sheets Ron went ahead and replaced the rest of the sheeting at no additional charge. He took great care in making sure he matched the color of the shingles that we wanted sending me pictures of sample shingle colors and together we picked the best shade and color for the job.
