"They were right on schedule, very thorough, they did exactly what was expected, they put in some beams and jacks on the crawlspace and they also did the floors on the crawlspace, they knew what they were doing, project took about a week, I would definitely will call them back to do some more works for me. "After the buyer of our house got the inspection report back, I called Service Works to have my water heater replaced. During the call I found that they could complete the other stuff I needed done as well! They replaced our water heater, 4 windows around the house and replaced our back door. I don?t know if the timing was perfect but they were able to come out that weekend and completed everything. They ran a magnet after to get any nails that had fallen and cleaned up everything. The owner Kameron was great to work with and I can not thank these guys enough. 10/10 would recommend this crew and will be using them in the future as well!!!"

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

"The plumber said my backed up pipes were from the septic system needing to be cleaned. Called Max Haas Company and they were able to get someone out the same day. They dug down to the tank top and cleaned the tank. Unfortunately, that didn't solve my plumbing problem but their service was excellent. Would definitely use them again.

I talked with the and quot;head guyand quot; about my roof indicating I had lost several shingles and he said he would come and check it out. I had purchased an Angies List voucher for a roof inspection and minor repair. We discussed this and I understood it, of course, would not include roofing.

After touring my roof he said all the roof cap shingles would have to be replaced and gave me a price. No, he did not discount the $79 I had paid for the AL voucher(?). Seemed to think that was okay. Said it would take x number of shingle bundles. He left for quite a while...said he crew would be there within 30 minutes..wrong again. He arrives, crew arrives. Heard him and crew talking and crew said it wouldn't take nearly that many bundles. He comes in to leave and collect (before job is completed). I said not paying until job is done, besides heard the conversation so need to change price. We did.

Overall, he was arrogant, indifferent and not pleasant to deal with. However, his crew was wonderful. Worked hard and at the end did some extra for me. I feel sorry for them having to work for such a pompous person.
