"I phoned them approx. April 17, and they came out the next morning. I explained in advance that I definitely wanted the outside faucet fixed, and depending on the cost, that I needed kitchen sink leaks fixed.  I explained in advance I had a crawlspace to access trouble spot. After investigating the leaks, Neil told me the cost for outside faucet replacement and pipe repairs and I agreed. <br /> Then I asked him to look at the leaks in and around the kitchen sink. He did and gave the cost I agreed. He and helper finished the work on both items in good time, approx. 1.5 hours.  However, the next morning I thought I heard water leaking in the crawlspace. I phoned Neil around 8:15 am and he showed up at my house at 8:30 AM!  He found a leak in a different spot than the original leak and repaired it too.  My totals cost for all repairs was $164.   I would not hesitate to uses his services in the future. He guarantees his work and is quick and efficient."

"During annual fall maintenance of a 21 yr old gas furnace in my parents' house in Greenwood (maintenance was performed by another company), a water leak and considerable rust was found inside the furnace. The same company that had done the maintenance provided an estimate for replacement of the furnace and A/C. Estimate seemed high. We then contacted Advantage for a possible estimate. (We live outside of Columbus and have consistently been very pleased with service and staff at Advantage but weren't sure if they provided service in the Greenwood area.) An Advantage representative went to the house in Greenwood and assessed the furnace and A/C, then discussed various types of furnaces with us and provided various estimates. Advantage subsequently did replace the furnace and A/C at the house in Greenwood. While he was here to quote running the gas line , I asked about how to shut off the water to the house. Single mom here and thought I should know that. He tracked down the shut off and showed me how to access it if needed. I then asked about getting a quote on sump pump and a garbage disposal. He looked at the disposal said he thought it was just stuck. Got a tool from his truck and fixed it in less than five minutes at no charge! He could have easily sold me a new one. The people at Hoffman Plumbing are truly good people doing honest work. I would not hesitate to recommend them. <br />"

"Marshall Mechanical did a fantastic job on a total hvac replacement. Will performed an in depth inspection on the hvac system of a home I was purchasing which subsequently gave me negotiating leverage for money towards a new system. Mark came out and quoted several options and gave honest recommendations of what would best fit our needs. After closing they performed extensive work and replaced the gas furnace, installed a heat pump (dual fuel system), added zoning for different floors, new thermostats, and added 5 new ducts and 1 cold air return. Eric and Patrick spent two full days on the extensive install. The project manager, owner, and a couple other employees also came by at different times to contribute. Every interaction I had with Marshall Mechanical employees was extremely positive. Everyone working on my install was kind and courteous, and I’m incredibly happy with the work performed. A large scale project like this was not cheap, but I think their pricing was fair and well worth it."

"Bolls had originally come to clean our furnace but discovered leaks in the heat exchanger. The same afternoon a representative returned to our home and priced a new unit. We were offered a time slot two days later to have it installed. They arrived on time and laid a runner down from our back door all the way down the stairs and across our basement. The old furnace was removed, new PVC pipes were vented through the outside brick wall as this was a more fuel efficient model, and the new furnace was installed. They also reattached our central air filter, our zone heating unit, and our central humidifier. They cemented around the pipes they had run to the outside, cleaned up after themselves, and gave us time to inspect their work and ask any questions we might have. They explained the differences between the old and new furnace and gave us some pointers (like keeping the grandkids from dropping small toys into the outside pipes). The entire time they were in our home they wore footies to protect our floors and they were very careful to avoid gouging the walls or damaging the woodwork. We could not be more pleased with their service and will continue to use them in the future. Bolls Heating and Cooling are a small company and we prefer to get to know the folks who work in and on our home instead of having strangers every time doing the work. A truly great little business!!"
