"It’s now been 9 months since they completed the job and I have yet to find defects. If you want a professional, knowledgeable - "no pressure-take the time you need to decide" sales process….quality work done, excellent communication, and prompt follow up ensuring everything is done to your satisfaction -- then hire Tom Pantzer/JD Hostetter. My wife was home with our 3 kids while the installation was done over the course of a week, and she was very comfortable with the crew. His site foreman Tony genuinely cared about getting the job done right, and had a great working relationship with his crew. They worked hard and didn't waste time. I also know why Tom wasn't the cheapest. The cheapest guys we talked with seemed to care most about "we do more jobs than anyone and get them done fast..." Tom wasn't the most expensive either - he was fair and honest from start to finish. Bottom line - you get what you pay for. Nobody likes spending thousands of dollars on siding, but we feel relieved we won’t be spending thousands more to fix shoddy work down the road. We found/called Tom only because of his great reviews on Angie's List, and are glad we did."

"We cannot recommend this company enough. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. Sam and Ben came out to give us a quote in a timely manner and showed up as scheduled. Both were so friendly and willing to quote us numerous projects were wanting to have done in the future. The quote for removing a board where a 2nd story deck was, adding siding in its place, removing the second story outside lights and fixing trim on a window we had put in was 1/3 the price of another company who quoted us just for the siding part alone. The other company told us they would have to replace the siding from the ground all the way up to where the board was attached to the house but this company said that wasn’t necessary. Sam and Ben made us feel important and like no job was too small and they seemed happy to get our business and we’re very professional yet down to earth and didn’t mind laughing and joking around. Once we agreed for them to do the work, they were very prompt to let us know what day the team would come to do the work, even working around our work schedules to make it work for us. The team member who came to do the work, Daniel was excellent! He was extremely nice as well and worked all day on the job. When he went to put the siding on he notified us that Home Depot had given him the wrong siding instead of what was ordered so he had to go back to get the correct siding but we were really impressed that instead of rescheduling the remainder of our job (because he still had another one after us) he came back with the correct siding and continued to work until our house was complete. Sam and Ben even stopped back by the day the work was being completed to ensure we were happy with the work that had been done and made sure there were no issues. From start to finish everything went better then with any other company we have hired to do jobs for us in the past. I don’t think we will ever go with any other company now going forward for work we need done. You can’t beat perfection! Thanks again to the whole team. "I have used Jerry as a roofing contractor seven years on multiple projects on two homes and have always been pleased with the work, price and customer focus. Jerry and his team did an outstanding job on three roof related projects. Jerry personally installed a roof diverter rail to force rainwater off the sides of our front porch. Jerry added a protective rubber membrane strip. This comes with a five year guarantee. Jerry’s team cleaned our back gutters (1st and 2nd stories) then installed gutters guards. This comes with a 5 yr labor guarantee and 40 yr materials guarantee. Finally, the crew repaired a roof flashing which caused a minor leak. I will certainly use Jerry again on future roof projects."

"I am very please by the work done by the inside out remodeling, llc. Doug able to complete the project as planned and timely manner I have every intention to use inside out remodeling for repairs on our other properties. A reputable contractor, should be able to complete the project as planned within the time allocated. Inside out accomplish that check plus. We all know working with insurance companies on storm related, claims can be a nightmare. But Doug works with the insurance company directly to ensure they covered the work that needed to be done. Doug's keen attention to detail brought some additional property problems to light and each time Doug presented detail information often with photos on the problem with his recommendations on how to proceed. Some of those problems were due to previous shoddy workmanship, each time he present with a proposed solution, he let us decide whether to proceed with his recommendation as part of the project or wait to include it with a future project. Some required additional time and cost but many of the repairs were done, were done at no additional cost. that was very unexpected and deeply appreciated. I definitely used inside out remodeling again and a meeting with him this week to discuss or next project."

"Feb. 4. Completed work, but in painting ceiling, he said paint in repair area may not match the rest of the ceiling, and if that were the case, he would come back and fix it. It didn't match. On Feb. 12, I texted Dustin & he requested a photo. I immediately sent that and he agreed to do the work "in a week or so." Not hearing from him, I sent a text Mar. 8, "Hey Dustin, just a reminder, do you have me on your schedule?" I have heard nothing back from him since then. Overall I am satisfied with the work, but I paid him to finish the job, and it is not finished. As to the question, Would I use this provider again, will be dependent on whether he completes the job satisfactorily."

"We cannot say enough good things about Atlantic Siding and its owner, Jack
Malcolm. In point of fact we cannot critique one without the other.
  Our
Certainteed siding began show troubling signs of wear just three or four years
after installation. Gaps grew at the seams; slats bowed and warped; on windy
days the cumulative noise of the clattering of loose boards became unnerving;
and eventually slats began to fall from the house. We begrudgingly began the
tedious process of seeking out an honest and reputable company to re-side our
family home.
  For about three weeks, a succession of "salesmen" sat in our
living room discussing measurements, materials, and promises.  Jack Malcolm is
no salesman, but a working owner-supervisor whose word is final. He reports only
to the customer and himself.
  When Jack walked in with his thick Jamaican
accent, we slowly began to grasp that here was a man of honesty, integrity, an
absolute belief in Hardy Siding,  an enthusiastic pride in his own
craftsmanship, and a work-ethic seldom found on the American scene anymore. 
Here was a working wisdom that we grew to  trust implicitly. And we made no
mistake doing so. We struck a deal at a very reasonable price, a price to which
Jack never wavered. Once the price was set, that was it. There were no hidden or
revealed costs.
  JACK IS THE REAL DEAL. He climbs the ladders and works
along those he supervises. He exercises full oversight and follows a harsh
schedule, overseeing every detail of every task with the cautious eye of long
experience. Jack actually cares about the finished product which he calls his
true "signature" and drives his men in a pursuit of QUALITY, not quantity, and
that's a very rare attitude in these days of paying top dollar for minimal
effort. The men that work at Jack Malcolm's side are no apprentices, but veteran
craftsmen each  trained by Jack individually over DECADES and experienced in the
art of dressing a home's exterior.
  Over the two weeks needed to re-side
our 3850 square-foot house, Jack made suggestions and offered his working
experience on so many refining points. His painters  detailed our homes exterior
woodwork and guttering. [ At one point he even installed a storm door over a
side door to the garage. Why? To protect the woodwork and jams from the weather,
a detail ignored by the original builders. I bought a door at Lowes, and one day
Jack, with one of his men, installed it beautifully. ] Vents were covered with
cages once he discovered a bird presence. Torn screens found experienced hands
to repair them. Faux-shutters were painted and re-anchored to our front brick.
  In the end, our home was astonishingly beautiful and renewed, far beyond
that provided by the siding alone. The care and detailing, the work ethic, the
experience and taste, for a most conservative price tag, and with an overall
enthusiasm and old world craftsmanship, make my wife and I want to proclaim our
complete admiration for the Atlantic Siding Company. Well done and thank you so

"Neil and his team recently replaced six windows at my house. Two in my study and four in my basement.  He also replaced an inner door and door jam and outer storm door for the side entrance. I have had Barrier replace 14 windows, two storm doors and one entry door over the years. I have always been satisfied. Barrier installations have always been first class. Neil has always been on sight during installations for quality control. There has never been a problem with any of the windows or doors Barrier has installed. I will use them again. In the case of the latest door installed; due to the rains that came last week, the installation had to be pushed back. I understood. I said I could wait for a couple of weeks if I had to. Neil made sure I got the door installed last Saturday when the weather broke for a day. I really appreciated his desire to keep this customer happy.
