"Since my roof is 20+ years old, I have a Home Confidence Plan with Arocon, which includes two roof inspections (tune-ups) per year. Preston and Keith were the technicians that performed this service on July 27, 2022. I can only say positive things about these technicians. They were very thorough, making some minor repairs (exposed nails). They took photos of the roof, which I received via email soon after the visit. Preston is very professional and knowledgeable, and clearly explained what the issues are with my roof and its overall condition. "Everyone I worked with was prompt and professional. The sales pitch was a bit long winded, I could have gone without all the company accolades, but they did explain a few things I was not aware of with my existing roof. They did a follow up visit to make sure the estimate provided by the salesman was correct which was nice... no unexpected charges last minute. Materials were delivered the day before and the installers started right on time the following morning. Everyone was polite and courteous. The Project manager stopped in to make sure everything was being done to satisfaction and they even hauled away some old shingles from the previous owners. So far, everything looks really great.
