On the roof and examined the vents, and then gave us a detailed report , He quoted us a price to fix the chimney which included items that he thought necessary to do a good job. He did everything that he promised and more. He was extremely personable and wanted us to be satisfied with the job. With all the extra work that he did, his price was still below the other contractors. From what we observed, he could not leave a job that was substandard. As his company does other types of work, in the future, we will not hesitate to engage him to do whatever work that needs to be done on our property."
