"Jay did an excellent job cleaning and sealing the floor tile grout in my kitchen and hall.  Price was very reasonable and Jay explained exactly what he was going to do.  He tested the tile so as to choose the best cleaning product for my grout.  He called to say he would be 15 min late and I told him not to rush.  He is very knowledgeable about carpet cleaning as well and I learned some new info. <br /> He also tried to save me money by suggested I may not need to seal grout, but I felt that I would like to have it done anyway and he did an excellent job.  He works quickly and is very careful not to damage or dirty anything-wearing protective clothing.. <br /> I believe I spoke with his Mom to set up the appointment - she worked very hard to fit me in soon as my house was going on the market for sale and I got an estimated price immediately for additional work I added. <br /> Thanks again Jay - I will highly recommend you to others.  (Date of service was either 6/23 or 6/24/14 - not home now to look it up) <br /> <br />"

"They were “5’s”, they get the job done. I did a contract for 3 cleanings and I think the total of the contract was somewhere around $500. We don’t have a lot of carpeting, but we have a dog. I have another cleaning with them and I will probably renew the contract. Just be clear with what you want done. They do try to sell you other products when they show up, which I understand. But, you probably don’t need them, just know what you want before they come."

"The installers arrived promptly. They moved the stove and refrigerator.  Everything else had been taken out the day before by me.   The work was done professionally.  I had seamless vinyl installed.  It was amazing to watch them measure and cut the floor to perfection.  They also installed new molding.   Everything was cleaned up, even the outside where they had to cut the vinyl.  I couldn't have asked for a better job. <br /> The sales staff was also extremely helpful.  They knew exactly what I was looking for.  I went home with samples and a sales representative showed up later that day to take measurements and get my floor choice.  <br /> From meeting with the sales staff to the final installation took less that a week (5 days actually).  I had my new floor for Thanksgiving. <br />"

Linda and her team were extremely thorough as well as professional and friendly. We will definitely use them again for periodic cleanings."

"They have been good. We have some problems with them working around our schedule and it was little bit of problem with one of the floor they have to do some of extra work it increase the price a little, but nothing bad. I probably would use them again."
