"Our project was the residing of a large two story duplex that has been in our family since 1915 that was carrying siding from 1985. Everyone at Alliance was a pleasure to deal with from Keith, our salesman to Sergie the lead installer on our job."

"Barn Rescue – My barn was hit by a vehicle, which broke a large post and pushed section of siding out from under the roofline, plus major damage at ground level. Brad shored it up for the winter with an array of jacks and an enormous chain to ensure the thing wouldn’t fall down till they could return in the spring. Come spring, they fully replaced the damaged section’s support members and facade, and added bracing to the attic, rendering it stronger than before. Foundation support: The sagging beams and jerry-rigged support columns in the dirt basement of our 18th century house were inadequate. They dug and poured a dozen footings and lally columns, supporting a line of new 6x6 and 9x9 beams that provide solid support to the house above. External Paint  sanding (prep) ? wet sanding of the home went quickly and very clean  - superb workmanship very happy with work

External Paint tape (prep)- this is where the project was very slow and time seem to take forever to complete ? 2 weeks of taping .

External Paint ? primer coat - excellent workmanship very happy 1 day

External Paint ? base color 2 coats - excellent workmanship took too long to complete-  8 days

 External Paint ? trim color - excellent workmanship took too long to complete- 5 days

If you are not looking to get house done quickly 1-2 weeks then these are the guys for you excellent work but slow

"This is a continuation of my Jan.2014 review. In April we agreed to begin the work of replacing the roof and damaged gutter. They came and removed the old roofing, replaced any rotten wood decking and installed the new shingles and the new fascia board and gutter. They were very efficient and cleaned up when they were finished. Fast forward to Nov.2017 he came out to replace a piece of siding that had blown off in a windstorm."
