"Awful experience. The girl that was sent had no idea how to clean, and our place was much worse after her visit than before she came. Almost $6,000.00 damage was caused to our wood floors below (which were like new) and the owner tried to deny it happened afterwards saying that we damaged our own floors on purpose after the cleaning person left (even though the cleaning gal was crying afterward saying that she was going to get fired). In addition, I don't know what was used to clean our bathroom mirrors, but it took us hours to rub it off and get them clean. This is the worst decision we ever made to hire this cleaning service."
