Tom came took detailed measurements and broke down all of the costs. He also did not need to build scaffolds. He was polite, attentive to detail, and very knowledge. My awning looks brand new. I would definitely call for my next project and highly recommend him."

"The installers were very hard workers and I greatly appreciate what they did. Everything looks great for the most part. They could've cleaned up the wood chips in the basement where they were cutting the floor boards. There was a shop vac right where they were working. I'm going down today to clean it up. They did sweep in the areas where the floor was installed. The wrong corner rounds were ordered, but they found some of the right ones and installed them. They have to rtn next wk to install the rest. (Some of the transition pieces weren't exactly in the right place.)"

The supervisor Joe was very clear and quick in understanding the scope of the work, and in explanation to my questions. He communicated very clear before the work started and after the work was done. The crew worked hard, and no loud music which was greatly appreciated as my whole family worked and studied at home at the time. What I liked the most was that both Joe and the crew were happy to do what I requested, such as a little bit of extra caulking and patching here and there, even after they already used up the mixed concrete.
