"Arrived on schedule. Went through the elimination process and determined problem was in the line to the pump or the pump itself (no water pressure). The service rep explained everything so that I understood fully what was going to happen. The pipe to the well motor was pulled up and a nickel sized hole was found in the pipe about 10 feet from the pump. The pipeline was galvanized metal and was very rusty. More holes were sure to develop; so, I had the whole line replaced. We also found the pump was 30 plus years old so, I had that replaced too. The service rep kept me informed through the entire installation process; as well as what to do after everything was completed. The pump had to be flushed with chlorine so, there is a short waiting process, tap flushing proceedure and water testing that he explained before leaving."

"I got suspicious, when the original installer tested the well the same day of installation, two of the tests came back as unsafe. <br /> Showed high levels of Coliform  & Arsenic. A Friend told me to call Hahn's pump service. I talked to Ben, & he said I should wait App. <br /> 2 Weeks & run the water 8 -10 Hours for a couple of days before testing. That's what we did. Jake, Ben's service man came out the next day, checked the whole water system & took samples. Four days later the results came back. All three samples cam back SAFE. <br /> Coliform & Arsenic were ABSENT. It's really nice dealing with a Honest & Trustworthy Company, that is very Knowledgeable & Competent at their Profession. They will have all my future business. Also, they would have been $800.00 Cheaper than the <br /> original installer."

"Paul was extremely helpful in explaining the process in laymen terms so I could understand. They were able to fit me in within a reasonable timeframe. The workers showed up on time and did a great job and cleaned everything up at the end of the day. Ran into a hiccup during the initial project which meant they had to come back and were able to fit me in the schedule within a week. Weather was on our side thank goodness. The office answered all my questions and Paul was available through out the process as well. I would recommend them for any basement needs. I did get other estimates and they were in the same range as others. Much better communication not only in the process but returning calls and following up. I feel a burden has been lifted off my shoulders now that the project is completed. I had a large job. I had a foundation inspector come in first so I knew exactly what was wrong and needed along with a general guideline on possible cost. I needed drain tiles installed the perimeter of the basement, a sump pump added, 3 post brackets on the west side and 9 to 10 n the east side. The hiccup was my East wall was caving in more than we originally thought which meant we needed to excavate on the East wall. They showed me and explained everything. I appreciated being informed and given an option whether I wanted to do it since it was not in the original contract. I did not feel pressured at all. I wanted it to be done right and not run into any issues down the line so moved forward with the extension on the contract. I know others whom have had similar work done on there basement. Not only were they impressed with the cost but also with the finished job. Very professional work crew as well. I was home during the entire process. They truly impressed me. Nenan came to finish up little odds and ends that needed to be done and did an amazing job as well. Truly impressed with all the employees and the work completed."
