"Steve is the best plumber. He returns calls promptly, he arrives when promised or calls if delayed and his competitively-priced work is expertly and efficiently completed. "Jason was very responsive, even by email (we are usually not available by phone), and worked around our schedule, suggesting several evening appointments. I had purchased a "plumbing service call" coupon through Angie's List for $49, thinking that this would take care of the clogged drain, and was therefore a little surprised when I found out that this wouldn't include any actual work... Unclogging the drain would normally cost an additional $100, but we ended up paying only an extra $25+tax because the coupon included $75 off towards any "repairs". So at the end, we paid $75 total for unclogging the drain, for which our usual go-to contractor (ABC Sewer & Drain Cleaning) would have charged us a flat rate of $100. Overall, still a good deal, but not so much if we had paid full price."
