"We just had the very best experience with D&M Appliance Repair and will now be customers for life! Our dryer suddenly stopped producing hot air- it was still running, but not running hot air. I searched Google/You Tube to find out what may have been the issue and called the manufacturer about the cost of the parts, thinking my husband could possibly fix it. We decided to give D&M a try based on the many positive reviews they've received. After leaving a voice mail, Grace and I communicated by text. She was so prompt, informative and transparent about the process/price. D&M was so accommodating and went above and beyond to fit us into their schedule because we were only able to have someone come to the house on the weekend or after hours in the evening. Danny agreed to come at the end of his workday after hours. He called before arriving to give me an ETA as to the time he would arrive. I was so impressed by his quick diagnosis, very courteous & nice demeaner and honest advice as to whether we should go forward with the job. We ended up having D&M replace the part and had to pay only the cost of the part and labor (which is not hourly-based). He was honest about the price of the part, and the cost to replace it was much less than having to pay for a new dryer. While doing the repair, Danny cleaned out the entire inside of the dryer so it looks and is running like brand new (it was filled with a ton of lint which could've potentially led to a fire hazard)! It's actually so refreshing to have a very good, professional, honest and fair appliance technician with a company that has top-notch customer service!! We will definitely hire D&M for all our future appliance repair issues! Thank you D&M for a great experience and getting our dryer working in no time!"

The two employees that I dealt with - Sal Nur and Alex - were both completely professional, extremely helpful and and easy to work with. I was given an appointment the same day I called, which was very important as my refrigerator was leaking badly. (The first company I contacted could not come for three weeks and the second company, which was also listed on Angie's List, could not come for four days.) Alex appeared exactly when promised and immediately began working. He brought with him all the tools needed to diagnose the problem and complete the repair. He worked diligently until the refrigerator was fixed and he cleaned up completely after he finished. He answered all my questions in language I could understand and offered useful information which will help me avoid the problem in the future and maintain my refrigerator in top working condition. The price I was charged was very reasonable, given the speed within which they came and the amount of work they provided, as well as in comparison with the two other services I contacted. In addition, Alex guaranteed that he would return immediately if the leak returned and that he would repair it without additional charge to me. I strongly recommend this company and I will definitely call them again should my refrigerator again need any repair, as well as to provide the proper bi-annual service to maintenance necessary to keep it in top condition."
