Did they job get done right and efficiently? Yes. The biggest challenge was getting the permits. I had to wait two months for my city to approve the work but once done, Nelson Electric done their work right. The owner tried his best to minimize the downtime for no power in my house. The main work took about three hours and I was back with electricity again. How was customer service? Customer service is top notch. The owner acted professional and he even looked professional by wearing clean clothes and he even combed his hair to look presentable. I didn't feel I was working with an average guy on the street.
