"Dream was very personal and friendly from the first phone call. I explained what I'd like to be accomplished and I asked if certain tasks could be done & her response was whatever I wanted. Bedroom with attached bathroom was done as I asked as well as going above. Other rooms were also very thoroughly done. Only thing was items not put back where they were, which could be I didn't realize I should have put items away. This is not meant to be a criticism. I was very happy with results. The pricing in my mind was very reasonable. "

"Called the owner and told her what I needed. She said everything could be done that I asked for. The cleaner was late. I started going over the rooms to be done. We came to the trophy room. And she said that she won?t clean dead animals on the wall. I told the owner that I wanted this done and she said no problem. The cleaner asked to borrow a vacuum cleaner, cleaning gloves and a mop. Really! She said she was new doing this. She did bring a stick vacuum and used it for the basement stairs. I walked by and it smelled like wet dog. She said that she purchased it from a lady that had dogs. She didn?t finish dusting in several rooms. I just couldn?t believe it. Then to top everything thing else She didn?t mop right She left the floor very wet in places. Causing significant damage to the floors. Over $8,000. The cleaner was insured and I did get the money. Now., that this happened around the holidays I couldn?t find any one to do the work. I was so angry!!! Comment for more info"

"I had an apartment, 3 bedrooms and ~1500 square feet. I was moving by myself and my husband was out of town, and there was no way I was going to get the apartment cleaned in time for the new lessee. I hired Joe and despite a few false starts (on my end, I kept having to postpone due to work obligations), he was incredibly patient and understanding. He was so reasonably priced, too! The contractors I normally use for work (I'm a property manager) charge way more for a unit that's less than half the size of my old apartment, and their work is mediocre at best. Joe did a fantastic job - he even went and scrubbed my baseboards! I will absolutely hire him again the next time I need help with a cleaning project"
