He came and looked at the kitchen and bathroom, he stated that he will do everything and that everything was included, he came me a place to go and place an order for cabinets and bathroom supplies, I went and then he came back to take measurements and then stated that I would have to buy everything myself, then I said no just do the bathroom and gave him a check for 30,000. He never sent the kitchen layout and when my family looked over the contract, he stated that he had to remove counter tops and there were none to remove and the work that he was going to do was not what he stated. He texted that he was going to call me back and never did."

A bonus was that Anthony and his men made the effort to work discreetly(were respectful of neighbors, no loud music or smoking) and also neatly (the work site was always clean, safe and organized.) He is also very knowledgeable and gave me pointers on design and function (random things that someone moving from the city would not think of.)
