I believe people deserve a second chance so I made another appointment for two days after that. I asked him three separate times if the appointment was confirmed and he said yes. Well, now it's an hour after the appointment time and he has not arrived, nor called to indicate he is running late. While it seems like some people had a positive experience when they actual show up, it shouldn't be this hard to get someone to come to an appointment they have made."
