"Jose from Santamaria Roofing proved to be a true gentleman, he kept his word and his contract by showing up when he said he would, doing an amazing job, leaving my home looking better then it did at the start and took all trash & garbage with him. I had Santamaria do gutters on 2 houses, flashing on my chimney, as well as replace some pitted aluminum trim on my home. I will be having him back in the fall to redo more of my aluminum trim. He showed up with 7 guys and they all went straight to the project I guess was assigned before they arrived. Great crew, under a great boss! The most amazing thing was for someone so professional to have underbid by 30% the next bid and still come and do quality installations. "We were extremely happy with the work performed by H&M. Moises, Hector and crew were courteous and did whatever needed to please us. They did most of the renovation in our condo......painting, installation of bathroom cabinets, sink, installed tile floor, etc. They also installed vinyl flooring in our kitchen, living and dining rooms. They had a plumber replace our heating baseboard, I would highly recommend H&M if you want excellent work done!!"

"Four Seasons Roofing installed a Diamond Roofing System on my house on 10/23/18. The whole experience was exceptional. Bill Taylor arrived on time on 10/13/18 to provide a free estimate for the roof removal and replacement. He explained the entire job in detail and was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. In addition to roof replacement, the chimney needed a new crown and regrouting. Also new gutters needed to be installed. I had received a call from their office staff to schedule installation date and expected time of arrival. The crew and material arrived 7:00AM as expected and work started immediately. This team was very professional and hard working. I was very impressed with the quality of work ethic and product they provided. I would highly recommend them for anyone who requires roof repairs or replacement."

"Best roofing decision ever! We hired Royal to replace the entire flat roof of our commercial building, in addition to replacing a smaller roof that sits adjacent and beneath our flat roof. After numerous failed attempts over the past few years to resolve a number of different leaks - some areas would leak in our showroom area, other areas leaked on the 2nd floor and there were other leaky areas under our smaller roof - we finally decided to go with the pro's of the pro's. After doing plenty of research and getting 2 other quotes, we made the wisest roofing decision to date and chose Sean's crew at Royal. The knowledge and attention to detail that was showed through the whole process really gave us the confidence that this company knows what they are doing from A to Z. First, identifying all the problem areas (mainly around our A/C units and all the other openings, such as our skylights on the lower roof, a handrail that was drilled on our flat roof, etc), then having a proper solution and plan of action to address all the problem areas and even offering us helpful advice and recommendations through the process. Great communication across the board, from our talks with Sean and the workers on site. All in all, replacing an entire flat commercial roof and a smaller standard roof is not exactly an inexpensive or cheap expense. However, if there's something I've learned from past experiences - "you get what you paid for and you will never regret getting quality". A quality job will save you tons in the long-run. It never pays to go cheap and if we had known about Royal Roofing before having hired a few independent "so-called" roofing pros (AKA fly by nighters who didn't guarantee anything and obviously don't take any pride or professionalism in their craft), we would have saved a lot of time, money and headaches. Everything at Royal was done with proper detail, professionalism, care and a good attitude to boot. This is by far the most detailed recommendation I've ever given but after my overall experience, they are very well deserving of it. Hopefully, I won't have any roofing needs anytime in the near future but if so, I obviously know who to call now."

"This is supposed to be a 4.5 Stars Rating. This job was done on March 11th, 2024 in Levittown, NY 11756. I had 7 double-hung vinyl windows installed. First salesman gets a total rating of 3.5 stars. He gets 5 stars for knowledge. He gets a 4 stars for presentation of the products. The presentation was too long. He spent more than 1 hour. He gets a 5 stars for thorough inspection. He also spent well over an hour for this, but it was necessary. However, he gets a 0 star for pricing options. Even after I repeatedly told him about how expensive window replacement is for this year. He failed to tell me that there exists the FLEX program which could have saved me a ton of money. Second saleswoman or sales manager gets a total rating of 5 stars. After I rejected the first offer for being overpriced, the sales manager came back to present me with the FLEX program. She gets a total rating of 5 stars just for giving me the customer a less expensive option to pay for these windows. She helped me save a ton of money. The installers. The older guy got a total rating of 4.5 stars (0.5 star off for splitting the wooden window frame and not replacing it until I made the request to the inspection manager). The younger guy got a total rating of 5 stars (He did everything perfectly). They arrived 15 minutes earlier than the expected time which was very professional. Even though they were not fluent in English, they worked diligently and responded to all questions and made all the remediation and corrections that I asked. Also, they kept the entire house very clean before and after the job. As of now the entire rating is a 4.5. But time will tell if this rating will stand."
