"The individual that did the consult was very knowledgeable and helpful. The work took 8 days. I would highly recommend just buying new cabinets. The mess after the sanding and install was more than I expected. Some of the cabinets were left with debris and a considerable amount of dust in them, the shelves were not sanded on the ends where they were cut, leaving splinters and the sawdust was in the stove, dishwasher, cabinets that were covered and in the adjoining room. The craftsmanship turned out nice but noticeable that the edges were resurfaced. Itâ s hard to resurface cabinets that are old. The new doors cover the refacing. I feel the pricing is way to high for this type of project."

"Although kitchen cabinet work was my most recent project, I have used Chuck Milliman, Jr. over the past year for numerous other projects involved in the rehab of my 106 yr old house. He has placed/ framed in a new awning window in a bedroom, adding cedar shingles to the outside as needed, as well as placed and framed a window, where there was none, in my dining room. He has structurally stabilized my front porch along with replacing tongue-and-groove decking and helped with much smaller jobs of adding locks and door adjustments. No matter the job, his workmanship has always been exceptional and his pricing per project has always been fair and competitive. My cabinet project consisted of removal and repair/rebuild of my kitchen cabinets due to years of water damage. He also needed to replace part of the sub floor due to the same water damage. "Joe reached out quickly and with the assistance of Alupe, they were able to swiftly install a new lock & snap floor professionally over a poorly tiled/grouted situation. There was a small snafu with the wax ring and leaking water from the toilet to the basement after the floor installation and Joe & Alupe came out immediately to remedy the leak. Joe also patched a hole in our upper level ceiling AND a small hole on the outside of our home. All is well and we will DEFINITELY have them back for future services!"

"I hired Kitchen and Bath Specialties for an interior painting project. Impressively, the business owner (Joe) was a **hands on** manager who participated in the painting process. There was superior customer service and quick response time. Nevertheless, homeowners who own older homes may want to steer away. At my house several, several cut lines, caulk lines and areas between the trims were applied in a sloppy, unprofessional manner. There were numerous missed areas and paint splatters. Indeed, it appears that the painters were in a hurry and/or distracted. Granted, Joe returned to the home and made a few repairs. However, he blames most problems on the age of my house. According to Joes theory, I should not expect much because my house is old. Perhaps he is right. However, most painting professionals disagree. According to experts, older homes need more attention and care than do newer homes. However, a houses age is no excuse for poor workmanship. If you own a distinguished older home, approach this company with caution."

"I contacted World Painting after CertaPro dropped out of sight.  We quickly got an appointment with them and they were ready to give us a bid that day.  The price was reasonable and it included power washing, caulking, and painting our porch floor along with the entire house.
They were able to start within the week and kept us updated through out the project, letting us know what was the next step and when it would be completed.  Customer service was excellent.  When I had a question they called me back within the hour.

"We had an exterior door that needed repairing or replacing. With the extend of damage that was likely due to poor workmanship from a previous install, repairing the damage and installing a new door was the outcome. Steve and his brother had their hands full and did a bang up job. We found another problem with gable damage during the initial visit and had that work done also. A keen eye saved us from serious problems down the road. We will definitely have them back for other projects that are on our to do list. Also, not afraid to refer them to friends or family."
