"Joe was very professional and he came right out and replaced the faulty water heater."

"We could not be happier with Brandon's work, punctuality, cleanliness, personality, communication, honesty, pricing, and overall character. We actually had contracted to do some extra work for a few thousand. Day 1 of the job, Brandon calls to let us know that we do not need to do the work as he took the time and effort to get other opinions on the installation of a beam. Again, character. He could have easily installed, but he took the time to do right by his customer and that, in our experience, is essentially unheard of. The work he completed for us-on schedule-was more than we could have hoped for. He really does great work, listens to the customer (we are guilty of making many changes and talking far too much), but Brandon is beyond patient and willing to work with you. If you are looking to remodel a kitchen, bath, or in general, look no further than Superior. You are hiring someone who truly cares about his work and the customer. Rare in any business these days. We will definitely hire Brandon when the time comes for our next project-no hesitation."

"Julio was great when he first came. It turns out that he sent his brother. His brother, instead of correcting what we thought was a minor problem, he suggested buying a whole new sink thing and a whole new garbage disposal. He happened to have a good one on the truck and it will cost you 400 and some odd dollars and I am like "I don't think so." So, I said " Either forget it or fix this one or whatever." So, I called my brother in law who knows plumbing and I researched it while he was there on the spot. I decided to go get the garbage disposal at a good price and then he put it in. I don't like that kind of business where they say this will cost you, but what you should do is this and it will cost you even more. I don't think we are going to call them back.
I met him through Angie's List almost a year ago in June and I evaluated his work and it was great. He was very accommodating. It was beautiful. It was like $99 for a hours work of work or something like that and it worked out well. So, it turns out he would be great to hire in the future, so we are hiring from Angie's List. So it says Angie's List works, but we hired him a second time and it didn't work out to well. We got the garbage disposal done, but it cost a high amount, but plumbers do. Because of Angie's List, we found a plumber that we thought we could use in the future.
He did the work, but I went and bought the products. I didn't want to pay his prices. I paid him for the labor and he waited for me too, which is incredible because most plumbers have you by the watch and want to charge me for sitting out in the driveway waiting for me to go get the equipment. That was nice. So, he didn't charge me for that hour or whatever it took, but he did do the work that we needed and we paid for it, but there was no fee to come out. I didn't like the price and they way they do that. "Oh you don't need that, that drain is not dripping that much. Just buy a whole new sink faucet." Wait a minute,
The quality was good. They came out and it was very convenient. Punctuality was good. He was late thank goodness because I was late. It worked out. Unfortunately, it was Julio's brother. Julio was great. This guy (his brother) I would send him out. He is the one getting the marks, not Julio."

"Marc and Raquel were wonderful and helped guide us through an extensive remodeling that included a second-floor master bedroom addition, an open concept first floor with a beautiful kitchen, a finished basement for the kids, new roof and siding, and several new bathrooms. They redid all our electrical and plumbing, and even added ductwork for HVAC. The team, including our dedicated project manager John, was proactive in identifying issues and were clearly experienced in providing solutions at every turn. We couldn’t be happier with the results and are looking forward to working with them again on our yard project!"

"The contractor added a second floor to an existing home. The addition consisted of: adding  a  TV /Family room, a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and a master bathroom. Remodeled our kitchen, replacing our old tile floor with hardwood floor, added new deck and a sun-room. Overall, My wife and I are very happy with the quality of the work, and manner in which Mr. Ivaldo; the Owner; conducted his crew and performed the tasks at hand. I would highly recommend him and definitely would use him again.

"Bay State did an AMAZING job with our house. We originally hired them to redo 2 bathrooms - then, after a different company backed out of our HVAC installation right before the winter, Bay State came to the rescue and did a wonderful job with the remodeling required for that, too. We decided to expand the scope of our home remodel (to include a kitchen remodel, opening up the floorplan, etc.) because we were so impressed with the quality of their work, and we are very happy with the results. It was a pleasure working with Marcio, Andreina, David, Marcus, Mr. Fixit, Dayna, and everyone else involved in the project. We are so glad we went with Bay State - they are professional, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and committed to quality. Also, they know how to make things look really good!"
