Very shortly after his arrival he had assessed the problem, explained it to me and gave me a reasonable price for repair before he began. "Blanchard Plumbing Services could not have been any better to do business with. They are an awesome company! They came out same day to check my old water heater because it was leaking. Told me right away that they would have another water heater in place the next day. Gave me a totally reasonable quote I didn’t hesitate at all. They were here at 8:00am by 3:00PM (one glitch because it was installed in my mobile home the first water heater didn’t fit it was to wide) but no problem they got another new water heater within an hour to my home now my new water heater is installed and working exactly like they said they would. I could not say enough about how professional all the plumbers I talked to were!! "I am a new homeowner that was looking to complete a few projects around my new home but wasn't sure where to get started. I recently had a heat pump installed and integrated to my existing oil furnace by Blue Bear. The Blue Bear project manager helped explained the difference between fully electric heat pump systems and dual fuel heat pump systems, both options were Mass Save eligible so I would be able to benefit from an instant rebates and not have the hassle of filing rebate applications! Blue Bear took care of it all! We chose a dual fuel heat pump system and the installation looks great! I look forward to saving on oil consumption this fall/winter! Everything went well with our HVAC install and now Blue Bear will be installing a whole home well water water filtration system in my home! We look forward to getting rid of the water staining in our toilets and showers! The Blue Care maintenance plan was a no brainer to sign up for! I highly recommend Blue Bear! 5 out of 5!"
