"Spencer4Hire did a great job. They completed the work on schedule and the quality of their work was exceptional. They installed rolled roofing about 1 ft past the end of the tile to prevent water from leaking back. The flashing they installed at the chimney and at an intersecting wall was very carefully installed and sealed. They replaced 2 sections of fascia board along with some rotted wood. After they painted the repairs (my paint) I couldn't tell where the repairs were made. They even set the flashing to direct water away from the corner where the rot started. I chose Spencer4Hire because they took the time to explain what they would do and gave me several options to choose from. During installation they kept me informed as to the timeline and any additional items needed. I would certainly choose them again if I needed roof repairs or replacement."

"After the owners signed me on I never saw them again, just two Mexicans, one who spoke no English, and the other little. From the beginning I felt rushed. I had wanted the work done the following week but they insisted it had to be done that week. Overall, the paint job looks good except that I didn't want any on my sidewalk, and there is. My rose bushes in back are somewhat brutalized, fortunately they will be pruned next month. Most importantly, I had found my BBQ grill turned around backwards, I moved it and thought nothing of it until last night when I went to use it and it would not light. I called a repair man. It seems they disconnected it from wall and debris got in and was blocking the gas flow. This cost me $50 to repair. They also painted some brass plant hooks on my patio. When I pointed that out they just shrugged their shoulders and tried to convince me that it looked good! They only cleaned the paint off at my insistence. Maybe if the owners supervised there workers these sorts of things wouldn't happen. <br />"
