First, when we agreed to have this project, we were promised that it would only take one day, it took 2 days. We were also told that the water would only be turned off for 3 hours, it was off from 08:30 to 6PM, over 9 hours. The vertical trim piece both isn’t centered on the window handle nor is it centered on the lower vertical trim piece. Thankfully the finished project is an absolute awesome bathtub."

This is a new company to Michigan but most of the reviews I read were from Ohio. I got lucky enough to have Eric install the shower for me and I couldn’t be happier. Eric showed up on time and never stopped working. Eric worked on my home like it was his own home. He communicated with me what was going on and very neat. I am getting new flooring and told Eric that he didn’t have to put anything down because the carpet is going anyway, but he still did. I sure hope that Premier Home Pros realize how valuable Eric is to the company and how lucky they are to have him. Eric should train all the new employees, not only on the process, but on work"
