"Our neighborhood was hit by a devastating hailstorm in 2022. The vinyl siding on the north sides of everyone's house was pocked with holes and gashes, roofs catastrophically damaged, broken windows, battered cars, tree limbs everywhere. Certainly, we had all seen storm damage much worse than what found after our storm, but we all braced for the challenges ahead: clean up, repair and even rebuild. As we picked up the pieces around our yards, contracting companies descended on our neighborhood. Dealing with the insurance end of the equation was already becoming a marathon--but the looming questions, who should we choose to repair our home, who will do the job well became a worrisome preoccupation for us and all of our neighbors. This experience has taught us that in the process of home repair and restoration (and I imagine in renovation too), you cannot let the idea of the perfect get in the way of the good. And Craftsmen delivers the goods! We have finally, and thankfully, come to the end of repairing our home! We 100% recommend Craftsmen if you are looking for a solid, local company that operates on principles of integrity and that goes the extra mile to ‘make it right.’ Craftsmen, like other companies following the hail event, met a different sort of storm—a storm of people needing repairs. The unusual circumstance meant that Craftsmen had to learn how to navigate a disaster event along the way. But as they learned best practices in the aftermath of our storm, they stood by their work.
