"I rate them in middle because no work was done. The tech looked at the fridge and determined it should be fixed under warranty without any diagnostics to determine what's wrong. He just presented the bill almost immediately and that was it (no value for the money). If you have a fairly new appliance then call and see if you are covered under the warranty first."

At one point Ben showed me a piece of equipment that, while it would perform an additional function as far as heating efficiency, was a significant additional expense. I declined the installation and there was no pressure to buy it. Both men were considerate of my home. When one of the vents was near my cable router something was disconnected my internet service.
