The only problem was them diagnosing the exact problem, it took them 4 or 5 times that they came out before they figured out what was wrong. "Everything was fine from their prompt arrival, their shoe covers, their efficient movement around the house and the explanation of why they needed to do something. At one point Ben showed me a piece of equipment that, while it would perform an additional function as far as heating efficiency, was a significant additional expense. I declined the installation and there was no pressure to buy it. Both men were considerate of my home. When one of the vents was near my cable router something was disconnected my internet service. Ben would not leave without getting the internet back online. All in all they did an excellent service for a fair price.

"The repairs went well and the people they sent were professional and stayed on the job until I was satisfied. Their limits do not cover the cost of major repairs but it is still cheaper than paying the total myself. They are prompt to respond that they are working on my work order. I live in a rural area and they have problems at times finding someone who will work with them in my area. The do offer to allow me to get the repairs done and they will reimburse. The one problem I had that made me unhappy was when my microwave broke they offered very little to replace it. AND, they would not replace it themselves nor do the installation as my contract stated they would."
