"I was looking for a new garage door within the year but I needed one immediately after knocking the bottom half of my garage door off the tracks. I called and spoke to Jose and he said he would come look at it within the hour. He arrived about 45 minutes later and just as I thought I needed a new door. He took measurements and said they would be able to install a new door that same day. Later that afternoon Jose (a different Jose) arrived and took off the old door, frame, wood around the door and spring. He completed the job in about 2 1/2 hours. I asked how long he had been doing this type of work and he said 20 years. You could really tell! I was impressed by his workmanship and attention to detail. I was a beautiful job. I will use Benchmark in the future for any work involving my garage door or openers."

We wanted can lighting in our guest bedroom but he said he could not do it with the current attic set up. So, he installed two new track lighting systems. He recommended LED. They do look better, but I'm overall not crazy about them. It basically took the whole day to install plus I had to go out and buy the "very expensive lights". Not necessarily his fault, but still disappointing.

"The experience was excellent. We called on a Monday and they were able to schedule us in for Thursday, and there was no emergency charge, etc. to come out same week. Joe (the owner) and his employee John were on time, called to say they were on the way, were both very professional, the work was done neatly & was cleaned up after, the repair itself was done very quickly, & they explained what they found and what was done to fix the problem. "I am not sure that I go what I wanted. My basement floor is unfinished, and it has a crack in it, so I assumed they  would repair it like the way they repair a crack in a wall, and they didn't. They poured in a crack filler, which runs about 13 Dollars at Home Depot. I don't think it was worth 149 Dollars for a crack filler, and he was here less than 20 minutes. The crack has been filled, but it wasn't what I wanted, and before he did that, he said he would look at the basement and there were 3 cracks but he offered to repair the one on the floor. He could have chosen to repair the crack in the wall for 149 Dollars."
