"Were not careful while installing toilet. Did not do the full job, did not clean. Caused a leak that lead to thousands of dollars of damage to the house and they did not want to take responsibility. If you look at their page, they are not actually Angi approved. They also don’t seem to have the proper licensing. Insurance is covering most of the work, but because of the laziness and dishonesty of this company, we have had workers in the house for days fixing the damage, our insurance rates will go up, and we had to spend our first couple days home from the hospital with our newborn at a hotel (that was when we discovered the leak). Shame on you, Kirby Brothers, for not making it right when you messed up."
