"Wonderful! The service technician confirmed the appointment the night before installation and arrived promptly the next morning. He explained the electronics and how they work. We worked to find the best placement for my electronics monitor box since my garage does not have an outlet on an outside facing wall. The box was installed in my living room (my suggestion) under a table that sits on an outside facing wall and near an outlet. It is also hidden by a curtain, so it all works out. The technician thoroughly explained the training program for my six-month old poodle mix so that he could learn the boundaries. I was left with an instruction sheet and told to call if there were any problems or questions. I followed the program as instructed and my puppy learned and responded to the beeping of the collar very quickly. I can go to the mailbox or neighbor's yard knowing that my puppy will stay in the yard! He usually waits for me at the front door :-) I'm so glad that we chose to have the fence installed to keep the rascal safe!"

"Everything in this engagement went well. I commend the All A Service team on their accurate and timely communications. Their guidance and expertise was exceptional for the job I had. They updated me throughout the process on the status and kept me informed on when a change in plans had to be made (weather related). Prior to the start date during the site survey the team informed me of any considerations (terrain, tree limbs) that might cause problems and a proposed solution. Due to the accuracy of the walk through, the installation of the privacy fence took less than the stated time (1 day vs 2). "We received several quotes and Deck Pro's was by far the lowest.  We researched them and found that they had good reviews and even though we were a little nervous, we decided to go with them.  One of the main reasons we chose Deck Pro is that when getting quotes, Frank Sr., seemed to be the only one that actually got our vision for the patio and decks.  He drew out an extensive plan and came back on numerous occasions to make sure he had it right.  When building, Frank Sr., came over to check on the progress often.  At one point, the crew laid the foundation for one of the decks but they had placed it too close to our retaining wall.  I went out and told them and without hesitation they removed the boards and placed them in the appropriate place.  They did a beautiful job.  Our crew was awesome.  The deck is absolutely beautiful.  We had a few issues with the boards as the weather turned extremely hot after they installed them but they have come out every time I call them and corrected the problem.  After deck was first built, they came over to deal with a few problems and Frank, Jr. actually found a few aesthetic issues that  we probably would have never noticed.

"We hired AKRC to repair our fence for the Angie's list deal of $149.  They returned my call promptly and showed up on time.  They only replaced a couple of boards but I did discuss with them the fact that my gates wouldn't close.  They offered to apply the cost of the deal to replacing my two gates which I thought was very fair.  
I realized later that we probably could have just removed the planks on the back of the gates, reinforced them with a cross bar, then put back on the planks.  I wasn't pleased with the distribution of the planks on the gates (admittedly I am very picky).  Because I couldn't be home when they came to review the work with them, they did have to come out twice.  I could tell the women who took my call wasn't very happy about it but they did come out to fix it.  I still feel it could have been done with a few extra touches but all in all I was pleased and feel I got good customer service and fair value for what I paid.
