Our back patio is covered and they also painted the ceiling and beams and posts there. I am impressed with the thoroughness they showed in completing this project. The color and paint texture is perfect, and they even had a special paint for our gutters. It was completed in two days after a thorough power wash. They are professional and pleasant to work with. The House looks fresh and renewed. They cleaned up afterward. I am more than satisfied and I will keep their card in my file for future use. "Royce Custom Finishes did a complete and high-quality upgrade of our home in Eagle, Idaho. This company does far more than painting and finishes and excels at all of their services. A list of jobs they accomplished for us: 1) Repairs to and some replacement of cedar fencing on our 2/3 acre lot, including two full coats of stain on the entire. The fencing is now like new. 2) Replaced lighting fixtures throughout the home with modern brushed nickel fixtures of our choice and upgraded all lighting to LED. Also replaced all door hardware with brushed nickel for a consistent and uniform look throughout. 3) Gutted the garage of all old shelving/cabinets and primed, sealed and repainted the garage. They were courteous, professional and extremely helpful, including numerous trips to charities or the dump for recyclables or trash. We were especially impressed with the thoroughness of their prep work on all projects and how clean the premises were kept throughout. We just can't recommend Royce Custom Finishes highly enough. They are now our go-to contractors for almost all home renovation needs."

"I enjoyed working with All Trade Construction.  Because of my satisfaction with their work, I have referred them to other clients as well.  All Trade was the first company to call me back in regard to my project (and the only company to call within 24 hours). Bob provided a very fair estimate for the work that was lower than we were expecting.  We had a kitchen island cabinet that matched our other cabinetry that was on wheels.  We wanted All Trade Construction to extended the island 10in by adding a 10in book shelf to match the existing cabinetry.  We also wanted the wheels to be removed and secured to the floor and to have an outlet added.  We were on a time crunch for the work to be completed because of our scheduled countertop installation. When other contractors told us it would take several weeks, Bob was able to get it done for us in the time we requested, .  The extension of the cabinet was beautiful and matched very well with our existing cabinetry.  The only reason I gave All Trade a 4.5 on this project instead of a 5 is because the finish on the sides of the cabinet was a bit rough.  I know this was because our time crunch had not allowed Bob to finish the cabinet as he would have liked to.  After it was installed, we took a bit of steel wool to the sides of it to smooth it out a little and added one more coat of polyurethane.  I am sure this is something Bob would have done if he had more time before installing. Or, I am certain he would have come back out to do after the install if we had asked.  But, it was something simple we could do ourselves, so we didn't ask.  We were very pleased with the finished product especially given the fair price we were charged for it. <br />"
