The work that has been done thus far is beautiful and was what I was looking for However an important part of the yard design was redoing the sprinkler system to ensure proper watering. I cannot get them to do this. I have been in contact with them multiple times a week for several months. They make promises and fail to keep them. I have tried to be patient and understanding but I am now being treated as if I am a bother and not a customer. I also made the mistake of paying the balance when they still had work to do because I told it was to be completed first thing the next morning. That was 3 wks ago so I have to hand water my yard to prevent the new plants from dying."
