He worked with our architects' plan and the terms in our historic permit to construct a wrap around covered porch, install redwood decking and custom railing, construct 4 tapered craftsman columns, frame and install a beautiful craftsman front door, frame and install 11 new double hung wood windows, frame and install a back door, and side the entire house in Hardieplank lap siding including the soffits. He also designed and built 4 custom corbels to fit under the roofline that accentuates the custom craftsman look of the exterior. In all, Jim has spent approximately 4 months working on our home and we can say without reservation that we have been 100% satisfied with every single detail of his work.
