"Joshua Anderegg was very very thorough and willing to bring me to the unit and have me see what was happening with my system. He had pictures and did a wonderful job explaining what was happening and what all the options were without being pushy. Very positive experience!"

"There were some minor problems with the installations - a leaking faucet (brand new faucet installed by Magic), and another brand new faucet that had the cold side quit working a day after they installed new feeder lines. However, in each case, Magic quickly sent a plumber out to fix the issues. Overall, they installed 3 new faucets, two new toilets, and four new sinks. We'll have them out again to put in a water line for our new refrigerator/freezer's ice maker, as soon as the appliance arrives."

"Michael did an excellent job on installing our gazebo over the new hot tub. We are very pleased with the work."

"Rise up did an excellent job. Was very responsive. Showed up right on time. Work done in a very professional manner. I am in love with the final result. Would definitely recommend Rise up to anyone looking for a wallpaper installer!"

"Jose was extremely professional and knowledgeable about replacing the glass in my broken house window. His communication was impeccable and the new glass in my window looks great! Thanks you Jose!"

"I exchanged carpet for vinyl wood in my living room, dining room and the hallways. I had this done in another home I owned in Southern Idaho and expected the trim to be finished as part of the job. Instead the company that installed this floor just told me that they don't do the finish work and then nailed the old baseboard back up. The problem was that the nail holes were now all open and the baseboard sat lower because the vinyl flooring sits lower that the carpet. This left from a quarter to half inch of space above the baseboard but below where the wall paint ended.

Jon had offered a deal of 6 hours of work for $250 on Angie's List. I'm sure glad I found him. The work was completed very professionally and now looks great instead of unfinished. I had also put plantation shutters in the windows in the same rooms. There were a couple spots on the wall that showed where the screws from the old curtain rods were. Jon finished that as well. After he had cleaned up the area where he worked he told me I had twenty minutes left and was there anything else he could do for me. WOW! How often does something like that happen?

I talked to Jon about some other things I would like to do in my home and he quoted me what I thought was a very reasonable price. I will be calling him for sure when I am ready to have the work done.

"I was very impressed with the detail and craftsmanship on the finished product. These two men were very meticulous on every aspect of the installation. I knew I had the right guys! I was provided a detailed estimate on what the work would cost. He went over the breakdown of parts and labor, and when supplemental items were needed, they were added after a thorough explanation. The first countertop came in with damage from the freight company's shabby handling. When we discovered this, Jim was right on the phone with the vendor he had ordered it from. We had another top coming right away. We were all very annoyed! The second top arrived and had some markings on a small spot that looked like corrugated grooves made from the cardboard it was packaged in. He immediately contacted the vendor again. They suggested a quick solution for the problem and promised him a new top if it didn't work. It worked just fine and my cabinet is absolutely everything I wished for! I'm so very impressed with everything these men have done. Their attention to detail illustrated to me that I was working with true craftsman. They are both perfectionists! I would highly and happily recommend Expeditor LLC to everyone."
