"Cam and his team were fantastic. They worked efficiently and quickly to replace an air conditioner and water heater. They cleaned up after themselves and removed all of the debris. Cam even vacuumed around the area where they installed the water heater. And most importantly, Cam and the team were very respectful. They worked well together. And Cam and his team patiently explained how to use the new air conditioner and thermostat, as well as how the water heater worked. Such a pleasant team. "Donny called about 40 minutes prior to coming to my house, allowing me time to leave work and get home. He arrived 10 minutes early. He quickly assessed the problem which was a very clogged filter. There was no way I could have ever done this repair myself. He fixed the problem and the whole job only took about 45 minutes. He indicated before he even came out his service charge was $70.00 and I thought his overall invoice for $125.00 was reasonable. Others I called told me they normally charge $45, but for my "type" of washer it would be $150 just to do an estimate. I will call Don's Appliance again if needed. <br />"

"It went good considering the pandemic. Right in the middle of the whole thing my wife and i got covid. They have a good crew of guys each one has there strong points that get the project done. Mike overseeing the project and keeping me informed on what is going on while doing the plumbing and filling in wherever he is needed. Rick did our tile. Kevin did our floors, and darney is the finisher who makes it all shine. Honestly you guys killed it. I am not easy to work for. And most of all thank you for respecting our dogs. Ya we are happy"
